Bikash School, one of a kind school that creates an even platform for physically challenged and underprivileged children. It has been working for bringing the physically challenged or special children near the mainstream of the society. Bikash School was formally inaugurated On 24th January, 2013. It is an initiative by VIYELLATEX Walefare Trust supported by OLYMP-BEZNER-FOUNDATION. It is located on Sataish Road, Khairtul, Tongi and serving the local community. It was inaugurated by Dr. Valerie A Taylor, Founder of CRP. Mr. Mark Bezner, Owner & CEO of Olymp, Mr. David Hasanat, Chairman & CEO, VIYELLATEX group, Mr. Ahasan Kabir Khan, Vice Chairman, VIYELLATEX group.
Bikash has different types of special children.
- Children with Physical Disabilities
- Children with Psychiatric Disabilities
- Children with Hearing Disabilities
- Children with Speech and Language Disabilities
It has different programs for physical and mental development of the children:
- Academic Program
- Extra-Curricular Program
- Physiotherapy and Psychotherapy Program
RCDNW is working with Bikash School as a partner in its different initiatives. Currently two programs are running:
- Computer Training Center
- Physiotherapy Center
